Although I wasn’t actually tagged for this, I just couldn’t help but join in on the Superlative Book Tag! I’ve been seeing this all over different blogs and booktube channels for quiet some time now and it looked like a lot of fun. I’ve always loved voting for superlatives in school, and when I was in middle school I once won “Most Enthusiastic” so I’ve been excited to jump on this tag with my own answers!
Most likely to be in the movies – the book that would make the best movie
Excitingly enough, it was recently announced both Six of Crows and the Grisha Trilogy are becoming a show on Netflix! I’ve been hoping for this news for a long time
Biggest Drama King/Queen – The most overly dramatic book or character
Nikolai from the Grisha Trilogy! He has so much personality it’s ridiculous
Best Dressed – book with the best cover
I am obsessed with this cover! It’s so beautiful, and the story inside of the book is fantastic. This is easily one of my favorite fantasy books.
Most Creative – The book with the most unique plot, characters or structure
In all honesty, I actually haven’t read this book yet… but it has one of the most unique blurbs I’ve ever read. I’m really looking forward to picking it up soon!
Most Popular – The Book with the most ratings on Goodreads
Also in the spirit of honesty, here’s my guess. I don’t actually know which book it is but I’m way too tired to sift through all of them to find out right now.
Most likely to succeed – The book that is going to be appreciated for many years
I have a pretty good feeling there’s going to be a lot of love for the Caraval series in the years to come! The books are so magical and I can only imagine more people will read them when the final book gets published.
Class Clown – book that made you laugh out loud
I love this book SO MUCH. The humor in it is amazing and I love how Morgan Matson wrote the big family dynamic, which was perfection.
Most Improved – book that started off slow, but really picked up
Although I wouldn’t say this book is very slow or boring at any point (it really isn’t) it does take a long time to build up to the point where everything starts happening! The entire book is an amazing adventure.
The cutest couple – the cutest couple in a book
The first couple that came to mind are Mia and Jake from Fake It Till You Break It! The book won’t be out until the summer of 2019, but I was blessed by the book gods and able to read an early copy of it which was fantastic.
Biggest Heart Breaker – the book that broke your heart the most
I’m going to have to go with Kingdom of Ash for this one! I cried so much during this book that I had massive headaches after every time I sat down to read. I was a huge emotional mess the entire time.
